Abstract

Drawing on an analysis of theoretical issues concerning anthropologicalapproaches, this article proposes several directions for legislative development in Vietnam,with particular emphasis on policy impact assessment and feasibility studies. In a countrymarked by profound cultural and ethnic diversity, as well as deeply rooted historicaltraditions, customs, and practices, integrating anthropological perspectives into law-makingis indispensable for ensuring that legislation is both practicable and accessible.Keywords: Anthropology, Law, Law-making.
