Abstract

This article identifies the right to privacy for artists and examines thelegal issues that arise when establishing a protective mechanism for them. By examiningthe models used in the United Kingdom and the United States to evaluate artists’privacy, the article derives lessons and makes suggestions for improving privacyprotection in Vietnam.
