Abstract

This research article aims to analyze the international legal frameworkand ASEAN laws related to free movement of labor, thereby clarifying thecharacteristics, opportunities and challenges as well as the capabilities of progresstowards free movement of labor, and at the same time recommending the process ofharmonizing the laws of ASEAN countries towards free labor mobility within the bloc.
