Abstract

This article explores social security rights safeguards at the internationallevel, analyzes the institutionalization of the Party’s views and guidelines on socialsecurity rights into Vietnamese institutions, the process of legal internalization, and theresponsibilities of state agencies in upholding these rights within Viet Nam. Thereby, itproposes solutions to overcome the existing obstacles in the coming time in Viet Nam.
