Abstract

The article analyzes several remaining problems in the current provisionsof Vietnamese private international law to resolve cases related to the civil liability ofdigital platform operators for damages due to infringement of honor, reputation, dignity,and intellectual property rights on those platforms. It then makes proposals for legalimprovement.
