Abstract

The article analyzes the new provisions on insurance contracts under theLaw on Insurance Business of 2022 and discusses certain points that demandsclarification in order to effectively promote the effect of those regulations such as doubleinsurance, termination of insurance contracts, transfer of the right to indemnify, etc. Onthat basis, the article makes proposals to further strengthen the provisions of the Law onInsurance Business of 2022 with a view to create favorable conditions for the growinginsurance market and better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties.
