Abstract

The article analyzes the current situation of high-tech crime in Vietnam inrecent years, aiming to provide an overall picture of the reality as well as the limitationsand difficulties that still exist in the practice of preventing and combating this type ofcrime. On that basis, the article proposes recommendations for improving criminal lawto effectively respond to high-tech crime in the digital era.Keywords: Crime, high technology, digital era.
