Abstract

Labour arbitration is an out-of-court method of resolving labourdisputes, which has many advantages, is widely used in many developed countries and isincreasingly recognised in Vietnam. The article analyses the current situation of thelabour arbitration system in Vietnam and forecasts its development trends and prospectsin the context of international integration.Keywords: Labour arbitration; labour dispute resolution; international integration.
