Abstract

The article addresses the issue of land accumulation and concentration todevelop a circular economy in Vietnam’s agricultural sector; examines current land lawinstruments and their implementation in practice; and analyzes the achievements,shortcomings and underlying causes that hinder the process of land accumulation andconcentration in support of circular agricultural production models. On that basis, thearticle puts forward a number of recommendations to improve the legal framework.Keywords: Land accumulation and concentration; circular economy; agriculture.
