Abstract

This article examines a number of theoretical and practical issues relatedto judicial power and the control of the implementation of judicial power, therebyproposing a number of solutions to improve the current policy and legal framework onthis important issue in our country, thus contributing to the goal of building andstrenghtening the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam in the new period.Keywords: Judiciary; judicial power; control of power; control of theimplementation of judicial power; Vietnam.
