Abstract

This article examines legal gaps in the regulations governing the orderand procedures for handling administrative complaints, from the receipt andprocessing of complaints to the issuance of complaint resolution decisions under theLaw on Complaints and makes proposals for improving the legal regulationsconcerning this issue.
