Abstract

The development of blockchain technology has been widely applied invarious sectors, including the real estate market. Blockchain-based real estate businessmodels attract investor attention but also pose significant risks due to the lack of a clearlegal framework. This article discusses key legal challenges related to blockchaintechnology in the real estate sector, drawing on foreign legal provisions and practicalexperiences with this business model in Vietnam.
