Abstract

This article utilizes international standards of juvenile diversion toanalyze Canada’s application of legalistic extrajudicial measures in diverting youngoffenders from the formal justice system. Based on these findings, the article proposesconcrete recommendations for improving Vietnamese criminal law in this area.
