Abstract

The article analyzes the requirements of the 2013 Constitution in terms of enforcement of human rights, citizen’s rights, appraisal of the constitutional implementation for respecting, protecting and promoting human rights, citizen’s rights in recent ten years, and providing proposals for strengthening the effectiveness of the 2013 Constitution in this field.
