Abstract

The article analyzes and evaluates achievements and limitations in theprocess of strengthening the Vietnamese labor law in light of international laborstandards codified in the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-PacificPartnership (CPTPP) and the Viet Nam - European Union Free Trade Agreement(EVFTA), thereby, it makes proposals to improve the labor law.
