Abstract

Currently, from the practice of managing and directing partnerships, theregulations of Enterprise Law 2020 have shown several limitations, shortcomings, andbottlenecks, which cause complexities and difficulties for partners to manage theircompanies. The article studies the operational management of partnerships under theEnterprise Law of 2020. In doing so, it points out the limitations and inadequacies andproposes recommendations to strengthen the law for the development of this type ofcompany in Viet Nam.
