Abstract

The effectiveness of crime prevention is driven by many factors, of whichthe important role belongs to the content of the issues that are the subject ofcriminological research, which has been termed scientifically. The article argues andpoints out the contents that demands fuller, more comprehensive, in-depth, and accurateresearch as the research subjects of criminology such as the crime situation, criminalcauses and conditions, the identity of the offender, the victimology aspect incriminology, crime prediction, crime prevention, in order to overcome the “theoreticalgaps” of criminology, contributing to developing and organizing effectiveimplementation of solutions to prevent crimes in our country.
