Abstract

The article analyses the current state of the law governing the role ofreligion in the fields of healthcare, education, vocational training, and social protection,and assesses both the achievements attained and the limitations that persist in statutoryprovisions and their practical application. On that basis, the author proposesorientations and solutions for strenghthening the law so as to promote the contributionof religion across these sectors.Keywords: Law on religion; healthcare; education; vocational training; socialprotection.
