Abstract

Based on an analysis of legal regulations regarding criminal cases triedin friendly courtrooms and relevant court rules, this article identifies and analyzesassociated inadequacies. Consequently, recommendations for amending andsupplementing the law are proposed to contribute to the more effective protection ofminors.Keywords: Protection of minors; Friendly courtrooms; Juvenile justice.
