Abstract

Based on the analysis of the fundamental aspects of the freedom ofassociation in the 2013 Constitution and the current need to concretize this right inVietnam, this article evaluates the legal practice and proposes several solutions tofurther institutionalize the freedom of association in legal documents, thus furtherensuring and promoting this right.Keywords: Freedom of association, Constitution of 2013, institutionalize.
