Abstract
The dual‑class share structure is one of the optimal methods of capitalmobilisation in joint‑stock companies, intended to meet the diverse needs of differentshareholder groups. While the design of distinct share classes serves the company’seconomic objectives, it may simultaneously entail certain risks for investors.
