Abstract

Since the 2012 Law on Handling of Administrative Violations (amendedand supplemented in 2020) was promulgated, most of the key provisions concerningadministrative responsibilities have been transferred from the National AssemblyStanding Committee to the National Assembly. This article analyzes the StandingCommittee’s authority to regulate administrative responsibilities and offersrecommendations to improve the relevant legal framework.
