Abstract

The article aims to analyze and evaluate the limitations and shortcomingsof legislative techniques in defining the duties and powers of the Government under the2015 Law on Organization of the Government. Based on this analysis, it proposesfeasible reforms for the study, amendment, and supplementation of this law.
