Abstract

Administrative violations and criminal violations not only have adialectical relationship but also certain differences. The main difference is that thedegree of danger to society of a crime is higher than that of an administrative violation.Criminal violations are specified in the 2015 Criminal Code (amended andsupplemented in 2017). Meanwhile, administrative violations are provided in thedecrees sanctioning administrative violations of the Government. This article analyzesthe differences and the relationship between administrative and criminal violations,highlights legal inadequacies, and makes proposals for improvement.
